She was very thorough and concerned in relation to my questions. She awarded me time and I did not feel rushed..she apologized for the misunderstanding and had a printout of what was discussed. She also let me know when I next need to see Dr. Gowda and told me if I have any further questions to not hesitate to call her. My husband and I both felt relieved with her explaining my procedure results. She is a truly dedicated medical person along with being a super friendly, knowledgeable human being..we need more like her.
