5.0 star star star star starAbsolutely fantastic - cannot recommend enough. Extremely thorough. I especially love how she reads aloud as she's typing up her notes - so that you're not left in the room listening to her type up a storm for half of the appointment (as I have felt with other Dr's in the past).

5.0 star star star star starDr. Nichols is the third neurologist that I have gone to. After two failed experiences with other doctors we found Dr. Nichols. I have received more help from her and trust her explicitly. I feel very comfortable talking to her about any subject. She really takes the time to listen and it’s such a comfortable experience.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Nichols was very thorough in her examination and then explained things clearly. She takes time with her patients. She made me feel like I was the only one she had to see. She did not race through my examination, but took lots of time not only examining me, but explaining what she felt was wrong and how it could be fixed. I left her office feeling hopeful that my condition was going to improve. I have not felt this way in a very long time and I really thought that I was never going to improve. I was feeling very depressed and Dr. Nichols gave me hope.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
