Ms. Hoffstein was very professional! She made me feel heard & made sure I felt comfortable while I was going through a rush of emotions from all the pain I was going through. She did a good job. Also, Jesscia rescued my son before and I had the privelage of thanking her. Not on this visit, but jessica identified testicular torsion. Because of her, and the ER, my son's body was saved from this loss. It could have been so devastating. We are grateful to her.
