5.0 star star star star starI can not say enough wonderful words about Dr. Mehta. He is so knowledgeable that I know my MM is in the qualified hands. He also has the best bed side manner, takes as much time as needed to fully explain everything and somehow manages to remember all of his patients on a person level. If I could give 20 starts I would!

5.0 star star star star starExcellent practioner with wide field of expertise and experience. He truly listens and serves his patients. His tech aides think VERY highly of him and he goes the extra many miles when challenging cases come his way. Dr. Jayesh Mehta is the epitome of excellence, medically and as a trustworthy human being.

5.0 star star star star starAlways engaged, prepared, and communicates in easy to understand responses. Begins each visit with "how are you" followed by any changes from my last visit. Pursues cause of changes, if that is the case.

5.0 star star star star starI came to Dr. Mehta three years ago because my primary care physician, Dr. Jason Primer, who is also at Northwestern saw "some type of protein in my blood. Dr. Primer told me to specifically schedule an appointment with Dr. Mehta. For three years Dr. Mehta has been screening me for what could become cancer. I started with appointments every 3 months; now I see him every 6 months. No one wants to hear the C word but if I may have to eventually face that I feel confident and blessed to be in the care of Dr. Mehta.

5.0 star star star star starAn incredible human and fountain of knowledge whose vast knowledge is only surpassed by his empathy and compassion for his patients. I am in great hands who explain what is happening to my body and why, and what I should expect.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
