5.0 star star star star starEvery time I have seen Christine, she makes me very comfortable. I never feel rushed and she listens to me. She always does a great job of explaining things clearly. On top of that, she is just a very nice person. I highly recommend her to family and friends!

5.0 star star star star starAs I said, she was very accommodating and kind and made me feel comfortable ; she listened to my concerns because usually I'm in such a frantic state i don't remember. I have horrific white coat syndrome. I have been trying to have a family friend for a family member join me, but they never are available.

5.0 star star star star starBecause Christine Valentine was an absolutely amazing professional and I hope to build a long relationship with her advising me on my medical needs. Let me also state everyone from both of the front office personnel to the nurses aide were all exemplary.

5.0 star star star star starShe takes the time to find out what is the issue you are having and then she explains your options and what treatment would be the best. Her and her nurse respond to my messages quickly and answer my questions

5.0 star star star star starShe has attentive and understanding goes through different options & truly feel heard as the patient. Also, my last visit was over three months ago and during those 90 days, I'd send her notes on my progress and she'd always respond promptly. I truly appreciate her level of care and thorough communication.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
