I have never seen a better physician. She was kind and made me feel comfortable when my reason for the visit was a little uncomfortable. She took time to explain exactly what she was going to do. She asked questions and listened to my responses. She personally came back to deliver my post care treatment plan. She was very personable. I wish that she had her own practice so that I could see her on a regular basis. I even reached out to the McHenry immediate care to find out if she was at that immediate care on a regular basis so I can make that my primary location. I think she definitely deserves a practice of her own and I would love to be one of her patients on a regular basis.

She had a fabulous bedside manner, addressed all my symptoms explained everything so I could fully understand. She didn't rush as I was her last patient of the evening. She went through all of my discharge instructions. She had a friendly caring demeanor & offered me to call back the next day if I had any more questions.

WOW, Jennifer is amazing. This isn't first time I've see her, and I am always amazed by her kindness, thoroughness and professionalism. Jennifer is so wonderful to see and I immediately feel better when she walks in the room because I know I'll leave well cared for and informed. Not only is she great to me when I am ill, but a fantastic provider to my two small sons (5 & 2). As long as she's there, we will see her if we can.

Today was my first meeting with Jennifer, and I was genuinely touched by the warmth and understanding she showed me. Despite her busy schedule, she took the time to patiently explain my situation and how to navigate through it. She really listened and addressed my concerns with compassion, even prescribing something to help alleviate my symptoms. I can't express enough how grateful I am_she truly deserves 10 out of 5 stars!
