5.0 star star star star starThorough, empathetic, offered an opportunity for a follow up call if I felt I needed it. She also strongly recommended a blood pressure follow up with my primary care physician who is out of town this week. Nurse practioners rock!

5.0 star star star star starShe speaks in terms that real people can understand. She is efficient with her time, but she does not make you feel rushed. I loved her tactics used to make my daughter feel comfortable with the exam. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!

5.0 star star star star starShe was amazing. Really liked how she went over everything, asked questions and explained a plan to take to get me better. With how busy the clinic was that morning, I was very impressed with the amount of care given!

5.0 star star star star starAccommodating and very nice to my daughter. I have never had a good experience in previous immediate care but this time I can say it was 10/10. Fast, efficient, i was able to check the time online and the NP was awesome

5.0 star star star star starVery approachable Not rushed Room time and explained things in a way I could understand. When having a CT was questionable due to insurance, she double checked my condition with another colleague and was able to make it work for me to get the CT. Wry smart move since they found a [sized] kidney stone.

5.0 star star star star starShe took time not only to explain everything but she also took the necessary time to answer my question. And also let me know that if I thought of any other questions that she would be there til 8pm.

5.0 star star star star starJennifer was very professional. Asking all the questions and then explaining what she would be checking. She was very kind and helpful. Explaining what she was doing and what she found. Put us at ease and gave us a good review and took the necessary tests. She explained when we would hear from her with the results. Very thorough and treated us, as if we had always been her patient.

5.0 star star star star starDr Garrels was thorough in her diagnosing and understanding of what was going on with me and explaining my current situation. She also made sure that I understood what could possibly happen, and explain the best treatment for which she was providing and also provided information in case anything was missed. Her kindness and care is such as asset to NWM.

5.0 star star star star starI love her. I came in feeling awful and down and she was so uplifting and compassionate. She gave me a compliment on my lipstick color and said how beautiful it looked on me and I just really needed to hear something positive about myself and her kindness almost made me cry. All it takes is for one person to see us and lift us up to make a huge difference in each other. Thank you for excellent and compassionate care!

Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies.
