5.0 star star star star starIf I could give Jennifer a higher number-score, I would. She listened to my symptoms & concerns, explained how best she planned on proceeding (respecting my goals) & created a quick trust in her medical knowledge & showing a clear interest in my well-being! She was kind, respectful & provided excellent care - I appreciated that she explained the results of my CT Scan thoroughly & welcomed me to call her if I had further questions, upon the end of our talk. A positive experience.

5.0 star star star star starWhere do I even start...I wish I could have her as my PCP. She was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and made our family's sick visit enjoyable. You can tell she cares deeply about her work within the short time we were there. Like I said prior I wish I could have her as my primary care physician. It's so hard to find someone in the field these days that makes you feel at ease with the medical field as of late. She's truly a rare find.

5.0 star star star star starNot only did Jennifer examine me but wanted to be sure I didn't break any bones. She made several calls to get me a scan. Then she called me later with results and mentioned sinus infection showed up. So she then sent prescription for me. A wonderful experience even though I tripped to have to go there.

5.0 star star star star starThe scale doesn't go high enough. Jennifer Garrels deserves a 12 or 13. She knows her stuff and relayed the information in a manner I, a layman, could understand. Also, she's very personable. I was extremely impressed by how she was able to pronounce the name of the antibiotic she prescribed (sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim) without hesitation or stumbling over syllables. She's everything you'd want in a Healthcare professional, and more!

I tested positive for strep and she went over everything about my medication with me and made me have a lot of faith into feeling better. Thanks so much

She is a great communicator as well and took time to listen and provided thoughtful answers to all the questions I had. I do wish more health care professionals had her drive and compassion.
