5.0 star star star star starWonderful finesse with patients and she called me many times until she got me to tell me to go the ER. Thank you so much for that. You may have saved my life as it showed heart disease I didn't know about before. Thank you

5.0 star star star star starDr. Egbert was very knowledgeable, professional, explained what he was doing and why. He was a good listener and responded to all my concerns. Besides his great medical skills, his compassion, kindness, and rapport were also 10/10 and that's not always the case with doctors.

5.0 star star star star starGood listener, matter of fact review of the situation, and effective strategy for care. Exactly what I needed and what I have come to expect at NM whether with my primary care physician or urgent care.

5.0 star star star star starHe explained everything thoroughly, walked me through his thought process for next steps, and asked for my input on the treatment he recommended. It was clear he took my health concerns seriously and was genuinely invested in helping me get the right care. Altogether a great experience.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Egbert was attentive, listened to everything I had to say, and clearly put real effort into trying to understand and diagnose a somewhat vague symptom I had come in with. He gave me the time of day despite (I'm certain) being very busy with a constant flow of patients. In the end, while he was not able to say with absolute certainty what the problem was (again, my symptoms were not the most obvious or specific), he found us a likely diagnosis, a clear and thoughtful path forward, and put my mind at ease where it had not been upon my arrival. Thank you, Dr. Egbert!

5.0 star star star star starI found Dr. Tyler to be more thorough than most Dr.s while reviewing my chart. He asked relevant questions about past medical issues and listened to my concerns earnestly. I didn't come in with an emergent condition, more of a "just in case this turns into something" situation but he understood my concerns and took the appropriate actions to make sure nothing was amiss. I found his bedside manner to be very good compared to other doctors who can be quite dismissive. Also, when we left, he turned and asked "did you have any questions? I am sorry, I didn't mean to rush you." I genuinely appreciated his doing so. I advocate pretty well for myself and am not afraid to ask questions so I had already covered everything in the exam room, but it was very professional and just kind to remember to ask that. I sincerely wish I could find as earnest a primary care physician as Dr. Tyler.

5.0 star star star star starHe was great, but I think the clinic needs to have a better system because the wait was insane. And he was clearly so busy so I'm sure that's why he couldn't spend more than a couple of minutes on me

5.0 star star star star starDr. Egbert, spoke with me by phone 10 mins after so had left my urine sample(UTI) and gave me my preliminary results but also stated it would be sent out for further testing...it was negative and final results if negative would be in my..My Chart and If positive once the follow-up tests was completed he or someone from the staff would contact me. He was very very Professional, Courteous and explained everything very straightforward and in a manner I understood

In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
