5.0 star star star star starDr. Rubin is a wonderful physician and a genuinely kind person. She was very attentive, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. I felt heard, supported, and truly cared for throughout the visit. I am very grateful for her professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Rubin was great. She listened well, provided me with comprehensive information, and gave me options. She was kind and patient-centered in her approach. I had a horrible experience with getting an IUD previously and Dr. Rubin took that seriously. The nurses were both caring and communicative; I felt really comfortable and clear with what was happening. I would easily recommend someone to see Dr. Rubin.

5.0 star star star star starI had been a patient of Dr. [last name]'s for over 20 years; she wasn't available when I needed an appointment, I met with Dr. Rubin, and will be remaining with her going forward. She has great bedside manner, answers all my questions without making me feel like they're unwarranted, and she really helped calm my fears before surgery. Dr. [last name] is colder, impersonal, and not overly reassuring with issues arose.

5.0 star star star star starIt was determined I was having a miscarriage and Dr. Rubin explained all of my options extremely well and never made me feel unreasonable for my questions or requests. I ended up having a miscarriage in the office and she and Dr. [last name] went above and beyond to take care of me during this appointment and I'm so glad I had them on my team.

5.0 star star star star starSee above. My previous ob was not nice and treated me like I shouldn't be there. I was there for an annual visit. Therefore I did not go back for 5 years. And now I feel much better having seen Dr. Rubin.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
