5.0 star star star star starAmazing doctor who explained everything and listened to everything I said and made sure I understood what was going on. She exceeded my expectations and I will never see another OBGYN as long as I can help it. Terrific bedside manner and excellent personality.

5.0 star star star star starShe was happy she was concerned about me. She gave me eye contact when she spoke to me. Unlike other doctors I've encountered in the past. She wanted me to follow up if it was necessary and to let her know right away if things changed for me, she was great and I needed her. I'm an old lady.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Diaz is very personable and listened to me with my concerns. She came in with a plan, went over all the details. And then called me following day because she felt she wanted to make sure she was doing the right thing. She was very thorough!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
