Jessica Scarpelli is great. She explains everything and ensures we understand. She listens to us when we explain the seizures and what happened, pausing us to ask clarifying questions. She is very empathetic to what has happened. She told us that Dr Gerard was going to come in and talk to us about possible changes in medication, which is what we wanted to talk about as well.
