Dr. Whitney was very helpful with answering questions and clarifying medical terminology I did not understand. She also filled out my work form and returned it to me quickly even though I forgot to bring the documents with my medical history that NM did not yet have on record.

Great doctor, explains everything but don't try calling her, she has people who block you from even asking a question. If you need to call a doctor, call medmd, 20 minutes is all it takes to speak to a doctor.

She listens! I feel that I can ask her any question related to my health without feeling like I’m asking a dumb question. She takes the time to answer in layman’s terms so that I can understand what she is explaining. I never feel rushed even though I know she has a busy schedule.

She LISTENS. Dr Vuong has helped me lower my blood pressure and is helping me to figure out what I need to do to lose weight. Her detailed explanation and recommendations on my lab work is so helpful because there are things that show up that I don’t quite fully understand. She explains it in written detail. It is so nice to have a Dr who appears to be interested and concerned for my health. She has done a lot for me in just 3 months and I am thankful for her knowledge and her help.

Of many highly rated Physicians that make up my care team only one fills the top spot, and that is my Primary Care provider, Whitney Vuong. She takes the time to know her Patients Charts before the visit. Paitentto Doctor Relationship is proving to be the key ingredient that's aiding my healing.
