5.0 star star star star starAfter seeking help from our insurance company, our Walmart pharmacist and a CVS pharmacy nurse, Diane was the ONLY ONE who could offer us help with our prescriptions following the Dr. [full name] dilemma. Our only regret... We did not seek out Urgent Care in the 1st place. Live and learn!

5.0 star star star star starDiane was the best. She smiled with her eyes, so I'm sure she was smiling . Wonderful personable manner. She was patient, and answered all of my questions. Diane knew exactly what to prescribe and 1 day later, I'm feeling better. She knows her stuff, and appeared confident in her evaluation.

5.0 star star star star starI saw Diana today. She really listened to me. I was unable to see my regular Drs and went to urgent care for a recurring issue. She not only listened to what my current issues were but also to my history. I walked out with a specialist referral and finally felt heard for the first time in a long time!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
