I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jackson at Northwestern Hospital. He took the time to listen to my entire story and address all my concerns. Dr. Jackson asked insightful questions and thoroughly reviewed my MRI. I found him to be calm, collected, and very personable, which made me feel at ease. His confidence in being able to fix my neck and relieve my pain was reassuring. Unlike other doctors I've visited, who seemed rushed and less confident, Dr. Jackson never made me feel hurried during my appointment. I truly appreciated his approach and highly recommend him.
