She's clear, repeats her actions taken for you, avoids confusion for patient and She answered all my questions and offered an idea for safe vaginal washing She also suggested I tell my urologist about the scary amount of blood from bladder And ask why is this happening.

Dr. Wong is super attentive, kind, and provides comprehensive and compassionate care. Although I only saw her briefly for a skin condition, she did a full run through of my health history and was very patient in explaining my next steps of care with superior kindness and compassion. I have had my fair share of bad experiences with indifferent or mean medical providers as a woman but Dr. Wong really exemplifies the highest standard of care and made me feel so comfortable and assured. She also made me feel very at ease. She is truly wonderful and Streeterville urgent care is lucky to have her as a doctor!

Dr. Wang was extremely professional, helpful, considerate, and kind. She asked me how I'd like to be addressed, let me know what she was going to do while examining me, and what she was looking for. I felt very comfortable, understood, and I left knowing what and why I was being prescribed the medicine, how to administer it, and what to expect.

I was wildly impressed with Dr. Wong's care at the Immediate Care Clinic. You never know what you'll get at an Urgent Care facility, but she was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and personable. I never once felt rushed or like she had somewhere else she needed to be, and at the end of my visit I felt like I got the help and answers I needed to help me start feeling better.
