I say it again listen well make sure she have an address all my problems. She was just spectacular. This is my first time meeting her. She's my primary doctor now and it was just great. Dr. Khan was kind and professional. I felt comfortable with her and am happy to stick with her as my primary care physician. There were a couple of biases I noticed though - she assumed that I as a woman was only having sex with cismen and also equated gender identity with genitalia. She also ordered diabetes and cholesterol tests for me, which I believe may be simply because I am fat, since we did not discuss any concerning symptoms or my diet or lifestyle. I appreciate though that she did falter when I shared that I was not straight and also did not try to discuss weight loss with me.
