Efficient, empathetic, and thorough. I really appreciate dr. Setzo. When you're not feeling great it's helpful to have an empathetic Doctor who in this case was willing to listen to me rant. More to the point he figured out the problem and addressed it. He was willing to go beyond the presenting problem to see if he could help with other issues. I will keep going to this location receive care from him.

Dr. Szeto was very competent, calm and reassuring. He made an awkard situation less so and reassured me throughout the visit. He went well above and beyond calling multiple sites to ensure I got the imaging I needed and was so kind and understanding throughout my visit. He is an excellent physician and a very kind person, and Nothwestern is is lucky to have them on their team, as well as his patients.
