5.0 star star star star starDr. Tatz was very thorough with my first appointment and didn’t make me feel like I was in a rush. She took all of my concerns very seriously and made me feel very comfortable coming back again! Thank you Dr. Tatz!

5.0 star star star star starDoctor met me where I was at in terms of knowledge and was not patronizing or pushing back against any of my concerns and desires relating to transition. Made me feel safe during the intake and taking about family history; was compassionate and sorta checked in with me emotionally during the process which was a nice change of pace from from feeling like a doctor (in previous circumstances) is meeting a quota or concerned with getting to their next client. I very much felt “humanized†during the meeting.

5.0 star star star star starAt the age of 71, Dr. Tatz is the best I've had in my lifetime. I believe her greatest quality is listening to my opinion and needs, giving her medical advice and professional opinion{s}. I feel safe knowing she is advising that is best for my health, present and future. As in the past, I no longer dread coming to a Doctor's visit. I always leave with a smile! Her assistant Jasmine is great! Respectfully, [patient's full name]

5.0 star star star star starAs noted above, she is the best PCP (I have been through a few) I have had since moving to Chicago. I am from a more rural area where PCP handles everything and only refers out if truly needed, here, it seems like a PCP is just a fee to get to someone to handle an issue, but Dr. Tatz has been more engaging and seems vested in my actual health and I haven't felt that with other PCPs.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
