I am a complex patient with many issues so try to always see my PCP and can occasionally feel unheard or that my input is devalued. Bridget was friendly, caring and very knowledgeable. My input was valued and I was an active participant in my plan of care. She clearly reviewed plan of care and follow-up. The care I received was as exemplary. I would use this facility in the future based on this experience. BRIDGET WAS AMAZING !

Bridget listened to my complaints and was knowledgeable about my possible diagnosis and helpful about prescribing medication in case my situation got worse while on a planned trip. She was very personable, as was the aid Yolanda (who did the best Covid vaccine I've had yet!).

Bridget Bruce is literally a hidden gem at NW immediate care. She was thorough in her care, made sure we understood every decision she made, and completely put my teenager at ease (which isn't easy to do) If my daughter is singing her praises on the way out of a visit that made her nervous, that's high praise indeed!
