She's great. She listened to my issues and respected my privacy and was so easy to talk to. I liked how she summarized all the possibilities up front and let me decide what I'd like to move forward with or not. She explained what we were doing for the body as I was doing it, and summarized the exercises in a website that I can access any time to review. And above all, she taught me exercises and techniques that *worked* to relieve my issues. I'm more confident now with the knowledge, experience, and info I've gained.

Cora Pack is one of the most informed and intelligent people I have ever known. For years I have dealt with various repeating back issues, seen several doctors, and improved for long spells until its return. Cora is super knowledgeable and while I was in for back/leg/nerve issues she helped with pelvic floor and closing diastasis recti which would help with my core. She looks at recovery and exercises from a multi-dimensional aspect versus focusing on one single area. She helped educate me with each movement and what part of the body it works.
