5.0 star star star star starDr. Sheng listened to what I had to say and was very honest about my situation. I enjoyed speaking with him and he took the time to show me my issues (based on my MRI) and describe what my options were. I am very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Sheng.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Sheng is very easy to talk to and is extremely careful and concerned each time I get a steroid injection. He explains everything very well, the pros and cons, beforehand and does good follow-up immediately after as well as several weeks after. I feel as if I am in very good hands for my treatment.

5.0 star star star star starDr Sheng was very kind. He was also very serious and professional. He was the first person that actually offered to show me my MRI and go through it in detail . He showed me why I'm in so much pain. I was very impressed with him He did an exam - okay that hurt !!! Also had a plan all made out for me to start on making me better. All in all, the appointment went well.

5.0 star star star star starHe has been my doctor for many years and I feel that he takes a very conservative approach to healing the body. That is very important to me. He listened to my concerns and left it up to me to make the choices available for my treatment.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
