She was friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. I usually feel rushed when seeing any doctor, but she did not rush the appointment and attended to all of my concerns.

I had a great visit at NM OBGYN. I had no wait in the waiting room for my appointment. Shannon Trocki was very professional and patient when I explained my concerns to her. Sometimes during appointments you can feel rushed by the provider but this was not the case. She is a great APRN and I would recommend this clinic to other patients.

Shannon was GREAT! i originally was scheduled to see Dr Murphy who delivered my second daughter but the receptionist who called the day before confirm my appt actually canceled my appt, i didn't find this out until i arrived to my appt but the lady at the front desk was so kind and mentioned Shannon was available 15min after my original appt so i took that and honestly i was very happy with how it turned out, Shannon was great and i plan to schedule with her moving forward if that is an option, she was nice, informative and gave me time to answer... she was was great and very welcoming, i hope to plan my next appt with her. I was a returning patient for Dr Murphy since she too is amazing but I'm happy to have met Shannon!

I was very impressed with Shannon. I felt like she heard me, when I spoke of an issue I'm experiencing. She offered a test, but I wasn't sure if my insurance would pay for it. She said she would make a note so that if I find out my insurance will pay for it I could come back for the test without paying for an office visit. She also went over my health and we made a plan for the future.
