Very pleasant and empathetic. Kelsey was thorough and patient during my consult and addressed all my questions, concerns, fears, and general anxiety concerning the procedure. She also went the extra mile to help make sure I would receive a call from IR to schedule a tube replacement appointment at a future date. Before, I didn't have any idea when they'd see me next because I was hospitalized when they did the procedure. I had no idea with whom to follow up or reach out to. She's a wonderful point of contact and reassured me that everything was on track.
