5.0 star star star star starVery professional, knowledgeable, took the time to show me my cervical spine and explain issues, and answer my questions and concerns. He did not hurry me along. He allowed me to ask questions and clarify my understanding. He was patient with me.

5.0 star star star star starHe was very friendly and understanding and took the time to explain everything to where I understood my issues and what the best things were for me to do and the reasons why I shouldn't do more extreme procedures. Some surgeons will not take extra time to explain things in detail whereas Dr Swong took that extra time.

5.0 star star star star starDr Swong and his team just performed a ulnar nerve decompression on my elbow. There was a significant amount of pain from my neck to my fingers that would come and go without warning. When I woke from anesthesia after surgery, to my surprise there was no more pain, discomfort or tingling in my fingers. I was amazed as I figured there would be some sign(s) of what I was feeling before surgery, but I experienced none of that. I highly recommend Dr Swong and his team! You guys are awesome!!

5.0 star star star star starDr Swong exceeded our expectations. He spent more time with us than I have experienced with any doctor in quite some time, was very thorough and explained my condition in great detail. He is obviously extremely knowledgeable, but had a great personality and was easy to connect with. He even shared some helpful information with my wife, who has a spinal condition and is being seen by someone else. Dr Swong pulled up her MyChart, showed us some video diagrams inside the office, and explained more about the condition to her, to provide more context about what she was experiencing. That's next level attention, especially for a specialist. I hope this condition heals, and I don't have to see him too frequently, but if I had to get further treatment, I would not hesitate to see him again. Just a great experience all the way around. His nurse practitioner, Will, also was Super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Even went into detail about a trigger finger issue I am having, which I'm not even seeing them about. Spent 10 minutes with us, and was detailed and thorough. World class experience that day.
