It is a pleasure working with a healthcare provider like James Lane PA-C. I have felt supported through my sleep disorder diagnosis and he has helped me to recognize the importance of treatment of my sleep apnea diagnosis. He listens to my concerns and helps me to coordinate with my other healthcare providers so I can live a better quality of life and always explains things in a way that is understandable to someone that is not familiar with this area of medicine. James always make me feel like my concerns are valid and proactively addresses my concerns and works with me on my health.

I have had two previous sleep studies in different areas of Northwestern and James is the only person who has given me clarity on my sleep apnea, possible treatment options and then made an actual recommendation. He was very thorough, answered all my questions, gave me an examination to make certain my heart and lung sounds were good and explained what was happening to me as I slept and the health effects of apnea. He was also very nice and I could tell he truly cares. I cannot say enough about him!
