Dr Ahmad explained the process in a relaxed and reassuring manner. We left having a clear understanding of our next steps. He and Catie made a potentially overwhelming situation not. Also made sure we had the nurses direct line if we do have questions and informed us they would be happy to talk by phone with our out of state daughters.
