Good afternoon.. I was seen by Dr. Arlene Uy. She was very professional, courteous and informational. Dr. Uy explained everything in detail. She answered my questions fully and complete. I'm a new patient at Northwestern Hospital, I was with Advocate for 30 years and I was apprehensive about joining NWH However I'm glad I made the right choice. My experience has always been very positive.

I had a good experience with Dr. Uy. This visit, she was forthright, direct, answered all of my questions patiently (which I appreciated because I often have a lot), and explained medical things in an easy to understand way for the layperson without being condescending. She also has been willing to help me research and understand some symptoms I mentioned to her, so I completely appreciated the visit with Dr.Uy - thank you. My only difference of opinion regarding the doctor is that she very often does not use MyChart to respond.

Dr. Uy was exceptional and exceeded my expectations on many levels. She was very kind, listened carefully and attentively to my questions and concerns about treatment options, and thoroughly covered and explained with clarity and precision everything I needed to know about osteoporosis, from what happens to our bones as we age to the treatment options for someone with my stage of the disease. She covered and explained everything really. It was a long appointment, and I'm so appreciative of the time that Dr. Uy spent with me. I left feeling remarkable and very hopeful about the future of my bone health.
