She reflects nothing but kindness, professionalism, knowledge, and answered everything we asked. She was very good with my mom and took her time and was very kind and it helps my mom because she's highly anxious but does very well with Heather. My mom mentioned how much she feels at ease with Heather and that's a big deal for her.

Heather is such an amazing person. She and Elly really like their job and it shows with how caring they are. Both make you feel so comfortable in what I felt was an embarrassing monent. They reassured me that this was nothing to be embarrassed about and they are there to help me. I appreciate both of them for everything.
