5.0 star star star star starHaving personally experienced a lengthy ( 8 year ), complicated and still ongoing medical situation with another hospital system . . . to no avail. I have now chosen to move to a PCP at NM. Already, I have realized a positive willingness to move forward and commitment to resolve my medical concerns. I would not hesitate to encourage those less fortunate and obviously forgotten with unresolved care to seek out care outside of their orignal health system to reach a tolerable resolve.

5.0 star star star star starShe makes me feel safe and secure through her answering all my questions and concerns. She is very knowledgeable and patient with my what must seem, dumb and suspicious comments about the state of medicine today.

5.0 star star star star starShe is wonderful. I will continue to use here as long as I can. She listens and has a great bedside manner. She is a keeper. Just wish she could be a primary doc. I hope you find a similar replacement doctor.

5.0 star star star star starAs indicated above my experience at NM Primary Care today was positive and very encouraging. And of equal importance I found Kahtera, who assisted me with check in, to be exceptional, as well. She was, in fact, the first impression of the office and last impression of the office. . . both positive and extremely important. Her knowledge, her willingness to help me, when I couldn't successfully complete the paperwork myself, and her genuinely kind personality was impressive. I left their office with confidence and hope.

5.0 star star star star starThis was my first time seeing Jill. Jill seemed to be great! She answered my health questions and got me referral information that I asked for. She was able to approve refills for my prescriptions. She did her best to answer my questions that I had about going forward without Dr [ ] who was my primary doctor.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
