Dr Ross is exceptional. I was not looking forward to the procedure under local anesthesia. He was very reassuring, explaining everything he did (likely to keep me focused on the conversation and not the procedure). He confirmed that I was not in pain. He answered my questions clearly. At the end, I asked about possible ways forward and expressed some concerns. He explained options and addressed my concerns. He cautioned that I should await the results. Sound advice. Dr Ross is an excellent and caring physician.
