Dr. Dragovic is very good and very personable. Tries to answer all your questions in a way you will understand. I understand that she might run late at times but please have someone let the patient know every so often (every 15 or 20 minutes) that there is a delay and why the delay (emergency or whatever). Last time I was there, I waited in the little patient room for about an hour and a quarter.

Dr Dragovic simply could not be more professional, more engaged, more knowledgeable or more patient. I have a background in optics and surely ask far more questions than most patients, but she never causes me to feel that I am taking up too much of her time. And I have not asked a single question that she could not answer with calm authority, which of course is very reassuring.
