It’s the little things - she uses a hand warmer to make sure her hands (and even the foot stirrups) are not cold to the touch. She doesn’t make anything overwhelming or stressful. She shows that she cares

Meredith has the best bedside manner. She is thoughtful, empathetic and also great at her job. I look forward to seeing her and I don’t think many people can say that about going to the doctor! There is never a time I’m in the office where I feel rushed or unheard. Meredith is so patient and an amazing listener. She really wants to understand and help. Every single time I’m in office she is beaming and smiling- a genuine smile- this is someone that really cares and loves their job. The NWOB office is lucky to have her.
