5.0 star star star star starI think Ivy-Lou did an amazing job. Not only did she answer all of my question but the future nurse practitioner that shadowed as well did an amazing job providing me insight and great information for my future health. I greatly appreciated the attention they gave me and how caring they both were during my visit. I feel very great about my visit and what I need to do moving forward for my own health.

5.0 star star star star starIvy was so patient with me during my visit ensuring she addressed every question or concern I had. I've been coming to Northwestern for over 15 years and by far she provided me with one of my most memorable experiences. Thank you!

5.0 star star star star starThis NP is the only reason I'm continuing to stay with NM! I feel that another doctor I saw fixated on my BMI. This provider however was so encouraging, understanding, and listened to everything I had to say. She right away referred me to a pelvic PT for my sciatica. I absolutely love her and I'm grateful for her care!

5.0 star star star star starShe understood how much I did not want a pap smear or breast exam so she was patient, gentle, and kept me distracted by chatting with me throughout. She took her time to answer questions, was very personable, and is clearly both very knowledgeable and caring. I trust her recommendations and care instructions.

5.0 star star star star starAll the above mentioned plus her ability to treat me with genuine concern to assess my discomfort and assured me with confidence my concerns are understood. Explaining and seeing her confident body language of confidence and willingness try to collect paps sample was reassuring to calm my fears. She was confident which made me feel I was a special patient and excellent treatment given. I told her she should become a doctor

5.0 star star star star starCNM Iraula was compassionate, empathetic, and helpful during my postpartum visit. She answered all questions with care and made sure I was comfortable with the go-forward plan with the OB/GYN office, pelvic floor PT, and with my PCP. Would definitely see her again.

5.0 star star star star starIvy was beyond comforting, supportive, and inclusive. She made me feel heard and eased my anxiousness. I was debating changing practices since I moved and NW is a bit further away for me now. But when I left, because of Ivy I thought to myself "I have to figure out this distance so I can be under her care as a patient.

5.0 star star star star starI cannot recommend Dr. Ivy-Lou enough. I almost don't want to because I selfishly don't want her to become too popular and not have enough time for me. It was my first visit with her and she made me feel so at ease during my annual wellness exam. I had plenty of questions about giving birth at Northwestern (not currently pregnant, but want to find the right hospital to give birth at) and she took the time to answer all of my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. She was also explaining everything she did during my exam and asked for consent before doing anything. Aside from chatting about my health, we also chatted about my life (books I'm reading, trips I'm taking, etc.). I didn't just feel like a patient, I also felt like a person.
