Dr Graff is literally one of the best doctors I've encountered ever. In our short interaction with him, he was not only kind and personable, but he was SO incredibly genuine and did such a great job in explaining everything - both the how and why. My daughter and I felt HEARD and so cared for, and so safe. What a fantastic physician. I hope we don't have to come back to immediate care soon, but if we do, I hope to see Dr Graff. THANK YOU!

He explained that he did not think there was a tear, but a strain or sprain. He said the only reason for an X-ray, was to see if it was arthritis.

I liked him because he strongly suggested I go to a hospital due to how often I was fainting. He explained it was a good idea to go to the hospital & get my heart checked out. He suggested Lake Forest since it would be a quicker drive. He was very knowledgeable & let me know I could get examined. He was straight with me that I could have a heart attack or heart failure where I faint & never get up. So here I am at Lake Forest.

I was hesitant to go to urgent care with the worry that my concerns would be dismissed and the doctor wouldn't be able to do much to help, but Dr. Graff was wonderful. He listened and validated all of my concerns and gave me many different options for treatments to help my symptoms.
