5.0 star star star star starNick was kind and dedicated to finding out what was wrong and helping me get better. I had recurrent symptoms from my last visit, and he was not dismissive at all - he put in the work to get me better fast.

5.0 star star star star starI found Dr. Graff to be delightful. He was thorough, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, reassured me that my visit was not wasted (meaning I did not overreact in seeking care) - overall, it was such a pleasant experience. In fact, afterwards, I searched his name further to see if he might work in one of the primary care/internal medicine clinics (unfortunately not - he's only in emergency medicine!).

5.0 star star star star starI missed his return call, but Dr Graff was amazing. He was informative, helpful, and even able to get me in right away for a CT scan rest our fears it was more than a broken nose. He has a great bedside manner. I think this was the second time I have seen him and it was consistent since the last visit I was lucky enough to have him.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Graff changed my impression of what Urgent Care could deliver. He listened to me explain the details surrounding the issues with my ear and used that information to recommend treatment to manage the symptoms while I wait for my existing ENT appointment.

5.0 star star star star starMy doctor was extremely patient with me even after I came off disrespectful unintentionally. He took the time to calmly explain himself and the reasoning behind his suggestions for my treatment. I was humbled by him and overwhelming grateful for his expert advice and treatment. All people in this industry deal with a lot but are essential to the wellbeing of others. I will forever be reminded of this moment and pursue a direction to help better the world we live in by understanding those that are trying to do the same. Thank you again for your selfless work.

5.0 star star star star starThis is the 2nd or 3rd time I have seen this doctor for urgent care. He is a phenomenal doctor, his medical advice is always described and broken down in detail. He asks and answers any questions I may have. His bedside manner is a 100/10. Great doctor! I wish more made patients feel as comfortable and cared for as he does.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
