5.0 star star star star starSubil really took the time to review my previous visit notes and thoroughly assess why my symptoms are not improving. He explained his assessment and the recommended course of action. It's refreshing to experience a medical practitioner who does not hurry through the visit and is focused on a one to one interaction. I was very happy.

5.0 star star star star starHe was super thorough. Answered all my questions and even when I asked him questions not related to my visited like if I had wax in my ears, he checked with the light and told me no when he was looking into my ears for ear drum pressure. And he was knowledgeable.

5.0 star star star star starSubil took my concerns seriously and treated me with extreme care. As a Black woman coming to an urgent care with chest pain, I was prepared to be gaslit and not taken seriously, but they never once made me feel like I was being crazy or unreasonable. Subil was amazing and I could tell he was thinking critically about my case and what the issues could be. He was not reflexive in his diagnosis and willing to go to the furthest extent to figure out what was going on.

5.0 star star star star starSubil Thomas was welcoming, respectful, introducing himself, making me feel comfortable even though the waiting room wait was long.... He listened to me, addressed questions & concerns I had, definitely referred to information in my records and explained what tests were going to be done and why. His exam was thorough. After tests he told me results, put me on an antibiotic, told me to connect with my primary care physician if symptoms did not improve.... I felt well cared for!

In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships.
