5.0 star star star star starHe's speaks in layman terms that I can understand. I really appreciate his knowledge of my health & he's very easy to talk to. He's also a good listener because I tend to talk a lot. I'm thankful for his care.

5.0 star star star star starHe is quite simply The Best. His explanations regarding care are easily understood. He listens/hears what I have to say. Soon after his arrival at CDH, Dr. Zardkoohi treated my husband, Bob, saved his life, we family members agree. He understood Bob's heart condition exactly (it was infection after unrelated hip surgery that ultimately took my husband's life). Conclusion: My family and I trust him completely re my care as an active 95 year old patient. He is one of the blessings I frequently count!

5.0 star star star star starI think he is very special for his title in his field! He took the time to listen and He also gave me options for treatment and told me to take my time in my decision. His conversation was logical and yet caring. I think he goes far and beyond his description of a Dr.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
