Very professional, good bedside manner, instilled confidence in his ability. I was put at ease and felt like this was all very routine for him, which, of course, it is. I don't remember a thing about the procedure _ kudos to the anesthesiologist _ but I remember Dr. O'Riordan's gentle good humor and his reassuring nature.
