5.0 star star star star starThis was my 1st new patient visit with Dr. Provias and I was very impressed that he took the time to thoroughly review and discuss my health concerns with me. He answered all of the questions I had and asked additional questions to fully understand me as a patient. He followed up by ordering diagnostic tests that he felt were needed. I never felt rushed during my time with him as I have sometimes felt with other doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Provias to anyone! I am very happy to have him as my new cardiologist!

5.0 star star star star starA very kind, reassuring person and a wonderful bedside manner. He has led this group to try to reduce my B/P in a very positive way. His reassurance is beyond satisfactory. I would recommend him to anyone, and do.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Provias is caring and extremely intelligent. He had done his due diligence on my health history and was thoughtful in factoring this into my current health situation. He also made a very complicated topic very easy to understand for me.

5.0 star star star star starDr Provias listened closely to my concerns and explained issues thoroughly in terms I could understand. I also appreciate a dialogue with the doctor where we can exchange ideas instead of simply being lectured by the doctor. I appreciate Dr Provias' approach very much.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Provias is simply the best there is...he has the magic combination of incredible intellect/knowledge/proficiency, and the best bedside manner/personality. He is extremely busy, yet takes the time to look you in the eye when he is speaking, and answer any and all questions that you may have. I am sure he is saving lives daily, and I hope that he manages to take care of his own health and well-being so that he may continue to do so far into the future!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg. To learn more about our Disclosure and Professional Integrity Policy, and the conflict of interest policies of our joint affiliate survey partners, please go to our Office for Regulatory Affairs Policies page.
