I was unsure if I needed to pursue further treatment, but the doctor explained how important it was to follow up. The reason for my fall was unknown (ie not accidentally caused), and so following up was vital.

Dr Ilic was efficient and thorough as well as pleasant and nice. She worked hard to remove a long narrow strip of wax in my ear canal which was aching and affecting hearing in that ear. I wish she could be my permanent doctor!
