Helene is, as always, just the best. She makes the experience feel so much more human & connected to my personal life & not just making it feel like she's talking at you. Helene really has a way of tying in the psychological components of the therapy too in ways you may not have considered yourself but it all make sense in the end

Brilliant, knowledgeable therapist who immediately addressed my problem and helped relieve pain right away. Gave me realistic exercises to do at home. Wonderful combination of smarts and good humor. I really enjoyed my sessions with her.
