Very knowledgeable and friendly! Had a blast and learned so much! My pain after surgery and PT have helped me feel so much less in pain. I’m excited for the future again and am thankful for all of the help!

She’s given me great exercises to help relieve pain. She listen intently to other than just the physical issues. Many other factors may be involved with pain and she tries to address them as well.

Reasons: she listens, she has you be part of the equation, she watches carefully for your level of pain. Helene pushes you to learn your pain threshold. She physically works with you thru your exercises.
