Helene is THE BEST! I can't imagine having women's health PT from anyone else. She uses humor intentionally to put her patients at ease which is absolutely critical in this area of clinical work. And she has been a patient of this herself which gives her empathy that no one else could match. I was sad to say goodbye to her when our sessions were done!

Helene has better information than any doctor or OBGYN that I have visited for my concerns. I have raved about her to all my friends, both local and across the country. I have shared with them that there is real actual help they can get from a PT specialist, even if their primary care or OBGYN has no answers. She is a gem. I cannot say enough good things about her.

Helene is a pleasure to work with - she always provides compassion, education, and a level of fun that I never thought could occur in pelvic floor PT! She has welcomed me through a few rounds of PT with open arms and validated my symptoms, using her wealth of knowledge to pinpoint what is going on.
