5.0 star star star star starVery professional. He could figure out what went wrong with my body, explained it clearly, and provided clear route to improve. Great leadership when working with the other therapists working under him too. And warm hands when he examined me or held my neck for therapy.

5.0 star star star star starI wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent care I received during my first physical therapy appointment with Mr. Tan. He was incredibly thorough during the evaluation and was able to pinpoint the sources of my pain effectively. His explanations were clear and informative, which made me feel more comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. I appreciate how he took the time to address all my concerns and provided valuable insights into my condition. Thank you for making my first experience a positive one. I'm looking forward to continuing my therapy. Best regards

5.0 star star star star starMatthew was terrific. He is so knowlegable. Great communicator, listener, compassionate warm, friendly, caring. He created PT exercises for me that addressed my issue. He set up an exercise app for me to do at home and printed me exercises too. He was so patient with me when I'd forget the proper form and the next session he would reexplain and demonstrate for me. He's A+++ PT. So fortunate I was randomly assigned to Matthew.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
