The care I received from Dr. Shropshire was incredibly validating, and I cannot emphasize enough how relieving it felt to finally be heard appropriately for my concerns. Even my PCP had cited my migraines as "not severe enough to be a concern", but Dr. Shropshire encouraged me to see a neurologist, wrote me a referral, and empathized that my headaches were certainly affecting my day to day life. I had never had someone advocate for me like that, and I was almost brought to tears (in a good way) by being seen and heard so entirely.

Dr. Shropshire took time to read through my entire file before starting the appointment, even medical history items that weren't necessarily related to my specific issues that day. I was highly impressed by her attention to detail and the very thorough level of care she provided during and after the visit (she sent a follow up message within a few hours of seeing me providing additional details about my radiology scan).

Dr. Shropshire was professional and pleasant. She took the time to let me express the concerns. She explained everything and gave much needed directions for the pain medicine I was taking. The nurse also sent me home with necessary information and supplies. I felt confident once I left.

Dr. Shropshire prescribed the correct treatment for my ear issue, which was irrigation -- it resolved my blocked ear --- immediately. Dr. Shropshire took the time to provide referrals, and listened to my needs. Dr. Shropshire's demeanor put me at ease.
