Colleen was collaborative and respectful, while she diligently evaluated my health challenges during the visit. We covered a lot of ground in a short period of time, and I feel like I am heading in the right direction with Northwestern going forward. When potential issues were identified today, she took quick action to get the imaging done immediately so we now know the scope of the problem. In addition, I am comfortable with the Cardiac Oncologist that Colleen recommended, and she made the effort to get an initial appointment scheduled. Lastly, when I told Colleen that I was having difficulty reaching the person who schedules a follow-up echocardiogram, she walked me over to the person's desk to make sure I was able to get everything scheduled.

Colleen was very thorough. Explained everything and took her time to be sure I understood what she had to say. I felt she was truly concerned about my health issues. Also, she called me back that same day about the blood test I took that afternoon. This was my first experience with NM Cardiology, I'm very impressed and I hope she will continue to be my contact person.

Colleen reviewed my heart situation relative to stage 4 cancer, asked many relevant questions and added good advice if future issues arise concerning medication relative to blood pressure. This was the first time we met and I felt totally at ease talking with her. She is a credit to the hospital.
