5.0 star star star star starDr. Gandhi was so kind. She explained everything that she was doing. She listened to what I had to say. I never felt rushed. I am new to Northwestern Medicine and am very happy to be in their care now. Dr Gandhi was awesome!

3.0 star star star star_border star_borderAfter paying a $50 copay and seeing the doctor for what seemed to be about 5 minutes maybe 7 minutes because I had some more questions it just seemed like it was not a thorough appointment for the amount and time spent. I spent more time checking in and with the medical assistant than I did with the actual physician. Which to me was not worth my $50 copay. I questioned the examination and the response was that her experience she has seen enough of it that she can tell quickly what it was by looking at it quickly. But I wasn't questioning her medical skills even though that is what it sounded like. All people with the most experience could still make mistakes. All patients deserve a thorough examination. I felt that I was a number and just passing through. It felt like a competition, as if the office was trying to see how fast they can get patients in and out of the office. And I drove 45 min, paid $50 copay to barely be looked at by the front office. I don't even think they made eye contact with me. And spent more time with the front office and medical assistant. Yet I walked out with 3 prescriptions. At the end the doctor mentioned if it would make me feel better I can come back in 6-8 weeks to see her and after thinking. .. why would I want to come back. To see a doctor to push me through like a fast food service. I just felt unwelcomed by the whole team and not properly examined. If I do come back, to pay another $50 for an appt for less than 10 min I'd rather go see my PCP that actually cares and spends time to see me and examine me.

5.0 star star star star starAwesome doctor knows what she is talking about and is super personable. Favorite thing to do is just talk with her and figure out what is best for my situation as she really listens. Has not led me astray once.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
