Dr Hartnett has excellent rapport and made me very comfortable despite my minor injury and the stitches I needed to treat it. She explained the recovery process to me very clearly and when I left I was very confident in what steps I needed to take to ensure my wound healed properly.

She took interest in me, and wanted to see me on Monday. But Monday came and for my 78yrs on earth made a decision go Tuesday if things got worse. By Tuesday I was healed and their were other people who needed to see a doc and not me wasting a doc's time on me.
