4.0 star star star star star_borderI don’t know how he is with new patients. I can’t remember that far back but at least he explains things to you after having different types of tests and when you ask information and he doesn’t know he does research for you.

5.0 star star star star starI have seen Doctor Konstantelos for almost 11 years. He is knowledgeable, passionate and caring. He is thorough and goes that extra step or two for each of his patients. He's been fantastic when needing referrals and helping with the big picture. I am beyond grateful that I have him as my primary physician.

5.0 star star star star starHe’s very savvy and thinking of various possible illnesses/diagnoses. He’s proactive, professional, friendly, attentive, all kind of good qualities. As a primar care physician myself, an advice to NM, protect gems like him from burn out. He is working hard and should be helped to not burning him out more.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Konstantelos is far and away THE BEST internist by whom I have had the good fortune to be treated for the past several years. He is extremely thorough, very detailed in his questions and explanations; and, Dr.Konstantelos always takes the time to really listen and focus his attention to all patient concerns, in spite of his obviously busy and demanding patient care responsibilities.

5.0 star star star star starHe is genuinely concerned for his patients. As an individual, I am not scared of something that has a one in three hundred chance of being serious, but doctor K likes all of his patients, so from his perspective, a one in three hundred chance is riskier than it is for an individual -- since the aggregated risk of it happening to one of his patients is significant. As an individual, I am happy to go along with his caution, and since he is literally more concerned about risks to my health than I am, i end up with much less risk and a better outcome!

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
