5.0 star star star star starLindsay Kandle is an excellent audiologist. Taking the time to explain the process with detailed next steps. I trust her implicitly with my adult onset profound loss of hearing using technical stats and tools at her disposal.

5.0 star star star star starLindsay was not the first person who helped me. She took over during the second or third year of my care, and she came very quickly up to speed. I am very grateful that she is so knowledgeable, and that she remembers the details from visit to visit. I gather the Widex devices aren't used as commonly as some, but it didn't seem at all problematic for her. She also helped me virtually overnight when my iPhone was lost, requiring quick replacement and some adjustment with regard to the installed program.

5.0 star star star star starExcellent staff, both the technical staff doing the testing, and the doctor. I have to say, I have never met such a kind, professional, clean in his explanation, and caring doctor. He identified the problem, understood my needs.

5.0 star star star star starLindsay was the only Audiologist I have seen over the last decade (approximately 10 Audiologists) that was able to improve my ability to hear and understand spoken language. She is extremely professional and the most capable Audiologist I have experienced in over 20 years of wearing hearing aids.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
