He gave a thorough examination to areas where pain and discomfort were severe, discussed options, and with my input and agreement provided the medication required to alleviate my pain. He is the best at what he does. I told him the skin biopsies were worse than a lumbar puncture. And I don't know why people have such a hard time having one. He walks through the process step by step so there are no surprises. And it's done before you know it.

He's friendly, approachable, uses plain language, explains potential treatments paths in a manner that correctly manages outcome expectations, and responds quickly when I have questions. He also stays up to date on the newest developments in the field, which is priceless for chronic pain sufferers. He's the opposite of a stuffy, old, set-in-his-ways specialist, which is a truly wonderful thing.

dr. Ross is a terrific doctor. He is generous in thought and kind in his actions that need to be taken for patient's health. I wish I could have him as my regular doctor. I know that's not possible.
