5.0 star star star star starDr. Song at least wanted to get me in to talk to me and discuss my symptoms and concerns. She listened to me and I believe she made the best decision for my care. I appreciate her. I would say she is caring and wants to fully assess my situation and what is best for my body. I'm grateful for the care and expertise she provided to me.

5.0 star star star star starYou could describe a physician with great bedside manner, smarts, and punctuality as someone who is not only knowledgeable and efficient but also compassionate and attentive to their patients' needs. Here's an example: "Dr. Song is an exceptional physician who combines a wealth of medical knowledge with a warm, empathetic approach to patient care. She took the time to listen to concerns and explain complex medical information in an easy-to-understand manner. Additionally, Dr. Song was punctual, ensuring that patients are seen in a timely fashion without feeling rushed. Her dedication to both the technical and emotional aspects of patient care makes her a standout in the field."

5.0 star star star star starDr Song capably and expertly addressed every issue. As a new patient, I was unsure if only symptoms would be addressed or if previous care would be double checked- Dr Song completed a thorough exam and truly made me feel I was in capable hands.

5.0 star star star star starShe was compassionate and caring. We talked over my many medical problems and I found her to be very knowledgeable. While she is young, she is willing to take time to research my different medical conditions, some which have conflicting treatments. Dr Song was not my first choice but I am so happy to have her on my team. She will advocate for the right treatments and work with me as well as the medical team. She listens first then asks questions to help me.

External Professional Relationships
Pharmaceutical, device, and biotechnology companies frequently collaborate with basic scientists and physicians within an academic medical center to help advance science and improve patient care. These relationships are important in achieving scientific breakthroughs and in establishing the effectiveness and safety of promising new therapies. In order to assure objectivity in clinical research and patient care, the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (Feinberg), Northwestern Memorial HealthCare, Children's Hospital of Chicago Medical Center, and the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab have adopted integrity policies that require research and clinical faculty (in full-time, part-time, and unpaid/voluntary categories) to report compensated and uncompensated external industry relationships. Patients are encouraged to discuss these disclosures with their physician as well as to inquire as to how these relationships are overseen by Feinberg.
