At Northwestern Medicine, our patient’s feedback is important to us. While different care providers have their own unique strengths, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our quality of care.
She was very empathetic, asked clear and relevant questions, and provided helpful information. She was also very nice. I could also tell how smart she is. I appreciated receiving her insight and expertise.
Dr . Kim clearly had reviewed the medical record in advance, which we appreciated. She had a specific plan of care, communicated it clearly and was able to work effectively within her department to execute the plan.
My experience has been inconsistent. Sometimes I have great experiences with Dr and sometimes not so much. Overall, the dr are smart and talented. However, It's so big I feel the Drs and even the nurses are inaccessible. I am always leaving messages with a receptionist who tells me it may take 2 days to call me back.Sometimes mask wearing was taken seriously and other times I felt uncomfortable there because staff didn't wear a mask when talking to me. Overall, if someone was getting a major surgery or only had to see cardiology 1x/yr I'd probably recommend Bluhm, but if someone needed ongoing continuous care I'd probably suggest they look for a smaller practice that is more personable.
Doctor understood my medical situation. Raised great questions to clarify information important for a diagnosis. She demonstrated great interest in finding more facts by ordering new tests to identify or to exclude causes. She is knowledgeable and compassion. She is great. Luis
Dr Kim is a wonderful doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable in her profession and additionally she treats the patient with kindness and understanding. She really listens to the patient which is so important when dealing with scary life situations that bring people to see her in the first place. I'm so grateful to have Dr. Kim as my doctor.
