5.0 star star star star starDr. Tsai was so amazing throughout the process. From my first appointment with her through all the procedures. In times when I was anxious she made me feel supported. She explained thoroughly and always made sure to ask if I had any questions. I'm very happy with my experience at Northwestern and the whole team involved. I'm grateful and blessed to have had Dr.Tsai as my doctor. I know any of my recommendations for an amazing doctor will be sent her way!

5.0 star star star star starAbout Dr.Tsai I want to give the highest praise to my her for the exceptional care she provided during my hysterectomy. From the very beginning, she made me feel informed, supported, and confident. Her skill during surgery was truly outstanding, and my recovery has been smoother than I ever expected. She treated me with compassion, patience, and professionalism every step of the way. I am incredibly grateful for her expertise and the amazing work she did. She is truly a blessing, and I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon.

5.0 star star star star starDr Tsai was very informative. She answered all my questions and provided details on the preop, surgery and postop. She was able to successfully preform laparoscopic surgery which was my 1st choice even though there was a huge percentage it could not be done and a big incision was required. I would definitely recommend her to others.

5.0 star star star star starDr. Tsai thoroughly reviewed my test results with me, taking great care to explain everything clearly and address all my concerns and symptoms. She made me feel heard, understood, and cared for. I left the appointment with an actual plan, and that's a huge relief.

5.0 star star star star starShe was very thorough and discussed everything from A to B. I also liked how she wanted extra test done on our first meeting. I wasn't expecting it but she didn't want to inconvenience me with making another appointment to come back. She appreciated my time and the availability I had right then.

5.0 star star star star starI would not expect a consult for surgery to be fun, and yet Dr. Tsai brought so much fun, laughter, and joy to the whole experience. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and clearly an expert in her field, but she took the time to explain the reasons for recovery restrictions in a clear and relatable way, and why "x" was okay but "y" wasn't. She was thorough and yet efficient without rushing and overwhelming me with information. She took the time to answer all of my questions, as well as my boyfriend's questions (he was 2 weeks post op for the surgery I'm going to have and came in with me for my consult). It set me at ease and was so refreshing and humanizing to be able to laugh in a medical setting. Having the setting and conversation feel more relaxed helped my brain better take in the medical information that it usually struggles to process and integrate when it's strictly down-to-business medical info dumping, even if it's explained in layman's terms. I left feeling confident, comfortable, joyful, and even excited to have surgery and be able to navigate recovery (as a dancer and physically active person who regulates my mental/physical health by stretching and exercising, I went in feeling nervous about recovery and what, if anything, I would be able to do to care for my well-being). Thank you so much for the most enjoyable surgery consults me and my boyfriend and I have ever experienced!
